Project management and supervision—A dedicated project manager will work with you throughout the project to ensure that all your design and construction needs are met. He/she will work with the architect, local building authorities and subcontractors to ensure the quality, and craftsmanship and that on-schedule and budget delivery are achieved.
Site evaluation and analysis—Our team will work with you to select the right location for your new home, or review your expansion plans, and provide you with a best value recommendation taking into account: site logistics, energy efficiency, design flow, local taxes, zoning and much more.
Design assist and constructability review—Together with the architect we will review the initial design and construction plans, providing guidance on constructability, logistics and safety. We will begin working with the tradesmen to develop budgets.
Sustainability advisement and implementation—Eco-friendly materials and systems can be incorporated into the construction. We will prepare a cost/resource-analysis of the alternates and review it with you.

Material and equipment procurement—During the design phase we will review the drawings and order any custom materials or finishes to ensure they are onsite when they need to be installed.
