As the leader of Carrickmore LLC, Patrick J. Donaghy, Jr. is focused on providing Carrickmore’s clients with unsurpassed service and quality, building the foundation for a long-term relationship. Through his dedication and hard-work he has transformed the firm from a private residential builder to a high-end custom home and commercial contractor serving an impressive list of clients. Steady controlled growth has led to the success of the firm.
Intimately involved in each project, Patrick collaborates with his clients to develop a vision for their project. Throughout construction he is actively involved and maintains a strong dialogue with the project team. He routinely visits each project to meeting with the team and ensure the quality and craftsmanship meets the Carrickmore standard.
If Patrick is not on a jobsite, he can be found participating in philanthropic and community activities. He is actively involved in many local organizations.

J. Scott Ferguson
Vice President
An integral member of Carrickmore, Scott Ferguson serves as vice president. Under his direction, the Carrickmore team of project managers, superintendents and field staff build relationships, projects and trust with the clients they serve. He is actively engaged in each project providing guidance, advice and support.
During his twenty-year career, Scott has worked his way up through the ranks from plan clerk, to superintendent to vice president, with many stops along the way. Through this diverse experience he has insight to a project from all levels, which enables him to work integrally with his clients so that they can make informed decisions. He reviews and analyzes a project to ensure that the project goals are met and that our clients will be satisfied with the results. Scott is dedicated to our clients and will stop at nothing to ensure their long-term happiness.
In addition to actively supporting our clients, Scott supports the community and charitable organizations, both locally and nationally. Leading by example, Scott has served and participated on numerous committees and is currently involved with the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation and St. Dominic’s Orphanage.
Prior to joining Carrickmore, Scott served as president of Sweetwater Construction Corporation. Other career assignments included working as the regional operating officer for the NJ division of an international construction company managing a construction volume of $1B.
Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Iona College.
