Quality

Based on the fundamental values of quality, craftsmanship and service Carrickmore has built a reputation as the go-to contractor for high-end projects that require unsurpassed attention to detail and flexibility. By tailoring our services to the needs of each client, we provide a legacy project, on-time and budget.

Quality assurance and control is initiated at the start of each project. Beginning in design and carried out through construction, quality assurance is an ongoing process, a dialogue, with all the project team members. Documents are reviewed, recommendations are provided and tested, and informed decisions are made at each step of the process. Through this process, a complete set of documents evolves for construction.

During construction Carrickmore ensures that the design intent of the architect is fulfilled by maintaining an open dialogue and communicating regularly with the tradesmen and subcontractors. Each member of the team is accountable for quality construction. Our team of professionals inspect the project regularly, only accepting work meeting the highest standards of Carrickmore.

Safety

The safety of our clients, their employees, our tradesmen and the public at large is the foundation upon which we design and plan a project. Under our leadership, we empower each member of the project team to enforce the safety rules and regulations established. The entire project team is responsible for the safety of one another, a testament to the professionalism of the tradesmen we work with.

Utilizing the carefully designed procedures and onsite safety management plan, Carrickmore works with each subcontractor to address the unique requirements of the client and/or project, local building codes and community concerns, among others. Regular discussions and training are provided to subcontractors to educate them regarding changes to the safety plan, new laws and/or hazards and safety concerns.

Through vigilant management of projects, Carrickmore has earned an EMR of 0.89, better than the national average.
